early check-in and modern room with adequate facilities as well as tea of coffee. paid £ 45. very good service from the superfriendly, welcoming staff members.

The staff here were extremely friendly, and the location was convenient; the room was very spacious with a really comfortable bed, and the service was excellent.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful, particularly on Reception.

There were no additional pillows in the room (although the one provided was adequate). The lighting in the hallways (green, blue etc) were quite odd and kitschy, in my opinion.

Simple hotel with welcoming staff for a great stay. Good service, parking onsite. The early check-in. Good location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Bugenhagenkirche. Walking distance to the Farmer's market and a market across the street. Honestly no complains at all.

The place was clean and everyone was friendly; the breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic.

I liked that there was free parking and that it was situated close Stadtpark. The rooms were fine and ordinary. Staff was friendly.

There was construction going on right outside the window, but this was minor.

We stayed in a great room with all the amenities we needed.

It's a simple kind of hotel with minimum services. However, all basic requirements are covered. The metro is close to the hotel and takes you downtown in 10 minutes. The city's biggest park is very close too.

Outside the centre and not very near an underground station, let alone shops.There is only one restaurant nearby on the canal which offers very good food but is a bit on the cool side in the winter with regard to temperature. The hotel does not have any restaurant.The price was reasonable for what it was and for Hamburg but if I wanted to go sightseeing and enjoy Hamburg I would not stay there. I did not like that the hotel had two buildings and to go to the reception or two have breakfast one had to cross the road, which, fortunately was not a very busy one.

This place is quite clean and simple, with a great and amazing location, welcoming and friendly staff, and a fantastic restaurant for breakfast, making our stay here wonderful without any complaints.

A nice hotel with clean and quiet rooms. It is a bit far from downtown, however if you have any business or activities in Hamburg Nord it is very conveniently located. Free parking behind the hotel and the breakfast buffet are absolutely +++.

Construction going on opposite of the hotel, but if you have a room at the backside of the hotel, this should not bother you at all.

Location

My bed was not comfortable, mattress was deformed. No spare pillows or blankets. Heating was broken, froze until the middle of the night till found that air was blocking hot water flow. Wifi did not work in the room, but was ok in the restaurant.

The comforts of the standard room with sufficient amenities were excellent.

The hotel staff is fabulous and do all they can to make you comfortable. They have lockers to store your luggage which came in handy. It is a short walk to the The yellow line U4 and several buses stop close the hotel.

The comfort single was way too small. The shower was small as well. Next time I will order a bigger room. I would definitely stay at this hotel. If you are ok with then it is a great place to stay.
